The World Union of Jewish Students is the central organizing body of Jewish Students worldwide and as such, having lectured for them at many of their conferences, Neil has played an integral part in training students from the Europe, South Africa and Australia.
Neil has recently completed a lecture tour of 7 U.K. universites including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Cambridge. He has also been a regular lecturer at the Political Training Seminar of UJS.
Canada Israel Experience has worked closely with Neil. He has talked to any of their visiting groups to Israel explaining the Changing Middle East and Advocacy, providing them with invaluable information and guidelines to take home. Hagshama Department
As popular lecturer for the Hasbara Fellowships Neil has lectured on Hasbara and Israel Advocacy. Using a multi media presentation students examine both the issues and dilemmas of presenting Israel's image abroad and how to improve it. Together with the Contact Center in Jerusalem and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Neil Lazarus developed the first on line Israel Advocacy course. Over 2000 students have participated on the course and have been certified as Ambassadors to Israel by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Hillel Jewish Agency
